Fading Glory tutorial!

We'll start with this picture of Reno:



Copy and paste it into Photoshop then duplicate the image like so:

Select 'OK' when the pop-up appears. Then in your layers palette, select your copied layer if it isn't already selected and change it's blend from Normal to Screen then adjust it's Opacity to 70%.

Create a new layer and click 'OK' again when you get the pop-up.

Flood fill it with color #001847 and change this layer's blend to 'Exclusion.'

That's your most important step. Everything else can be tweaked while you experiment. After that step, create another new layer and flood fill it with color #8FDEFF. Set this layer's blend to 'Soft Light.'

Now, go up to Select> All.

Go up to Edit> Copy Merged.

And next, go up to Edit> Paste.

Set that layer's blend to 'Color Burn.'

Create yet another new layer and flood fill it with color #F9E2C5. Then, set that layer's blend to 'Color Burn' yet again.
