Frequently asked questions - guild layouts.

I'm using a full page layout and the logo is sticking out from under the top of the layout. Why is this happening?

The layouts were coded so that the guild's description was only one line long. If your guild's description is more than one line long, it can bump the logo out from underneath the upper portion of the layout. Just shorten the description to fix the problem.

This problem also temporarily occurs when random events pop up or mail arrives. Refresh or answer the neomail and the problem will fix itself.

Why doesn't my guild's poll stay within the table?

Some of Towai's layouts were made before Neopets changed their template. After Neopets redid their guilds, the polls were no longer containable and thus they run over the boundaries of some of our older layouts. As of this point, there's nothing I can do to fix it. TNT is aware of this problem, though that doesn't necessarily mean they'll do anything to fix it. All of the newer guild layouts are made to incorporate the monster-sized polls. =P

My guild logo isn't working. Why?

The most common reason why people's guild logos won't work is because they're trying to load them from an online image host, like Photobucket. You don't need to do this. Save our guild logos to your computer and upload them directly to Neopets that way. This is what the Browse button right by the upload box is for. =)

If you receive an error saying the logo is too large, notify me. This is a problem that I would then need to fix.

My guild colors never stay & I hate re-inserting them every time I update. Is there any way to fix this?

This is another problem that I've sent Neopets dozens of error report about. It ticks me off greatly. x) There is one way to bypass it. If you use the Mozilla web browser, it will remember the guild colors for you. It's a bit of a pain for those of us who don't necessarily prefer Mozilla, but having it handy could save you some frustration.
