The rules (long version).

Any guest may use any graphic on Towairaito-graphics.com provided there's a code beneath it; exceptions include wallpapers and avatars. Additionally, no graphic may be tampered with in any way without permission. Any credit attached to a graphic must remain there & cannot be altered toward a different person or site/organization. For animations, zodiac banners, and pixels, you may remove all but one "floating credit", in other words the credits that aren't directly attached to an image, if your page contains more than one pixel, zodiac banner, or animation from Towairaito.

If you take any code from Towairaito and use it for a graphic or layout that you have made, you must credit Towairaito with the code. Additionally, Towai's codes are "rigged." I can tell by looking at your code if it belongs to me. No, I'm not bluffing. Do not try to alter one of our codes and pass it off as entirely your work. You will be blacklisted. And yes, the codes are unique enough that I can Google them and bring up petpages and userlookups.

Avatars on this site cannot be hotlinked, meaning you cannot use Towai's URL for them. You must save them and upload them to your own server or image host, such as Photobucket. This helps minimize the amount of bandwidth Towairaito consumes each month. Additionally, wallpapers must be saved and uploaded to your desktop or directly set to your desktop. You may not hotlink them either. There is a reason why no code is provided to you for either of these types of graphics.

You don't need to credit Towai if you use an avatar as long as you realize you didn't make it, even if you added your name to it. I don't mind if you want to customize an avatar for yourself by placing your name on it as long as you remember that.

If you completely remove any "floating credits", such as with the pixels, animations, zodiac banners, and backgrounds, you must give some sort of credit back. Something like a text link saying "Animation, background, zodiac banner, or pixel by Towairaito-graphics.com" will do nicely.

The only graphics that don't require any credit whatsoever are dividers (and avatars). That doesn't mean you made them though. All dividers, as do any other graphics on Towai, belong to Towairaito.

Please do not redistribute any graphics from this site. In other words, please don't open up your own site and hand off Towai's graphics from it.

Do not use pieces of Towai's layouts to make your own (Ie. pasting over header images and using backgrounds and other aspects of the original layout). Unless you have special permission to do so, you will not deface Towai's layouts. Mimicing them is tollerable; however, using Dark's work to make your own is unacceptable.

You may remove credits not attached to the images or layouts themselves provided some other form of credit is given.

If you have multiple graphics with credit banners (not attached the images directly), you may remove all but one.

Don't hotlink anything that doesn't have a code, like icons.

You don't need to credit the site with icons. However, if Dark catches you claiming credit for any of them, she will whip your arse.

Don't make your own graphics site and hand off Dark's work as your own. Consider yourself dead once she finds you.

If you use any of Towai's codes, credit back. Again, CREDIT BACK.

If caught with a stolen code, refrain from telling Dark it wasn't your fault & blaming a close friend or relative. She knows you're lying.

Don't paste over Dark's layouts unless you have permission to do so.
