The rules


1) Do not hotlink icons or wallpapers.

2) Removing "floating credits" (as with backgrounds) is alright as long as some other form of credit is given.

3) Using Towai's codes to make your own layouts is allowed as long as credit is given for the code. *

4) Pasting over Towai's layouts is highly frowned upon. If you insist on doing so, credit Towai for both the code and original layout.

5) Do not redistribute Towai's graphics as your own.

6) Do not remove Towai's credits from our layouts. I can only think of a person doing this if they're trying to pass of a layout as their own work.

7) Please ask before redistributing scans to file share sites.


* Towai's codes are rigged so that I can easily identify them. If caught without credit, refrain from telling me it was your friend or close relative's fault that you are incapable of following simple directions. Also, refrain from telling me that you are perfectly capable of coding /exactly/ as I do. You will make a permanent enemy out of me.
